Ingredients

Salmon2 fillets
Soy Sauce3 tbsp
Honey2 tbsp
Garlic2 cloves
Ginger1 tsp
Rice150 g
Olive Oil1 tbsp

Instructions

Cook rice according to package directions.

Mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and ginger for the teriyaki glaze.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes, flip and cook 3 more minutes.

Pour glaze over salmon, reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes until thickened.
